Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE  

There are no refunds, returns, or store credit offered for customized products.

For other items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and will replace the item asap. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and be made within 15 days of the delivery date. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.  

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and be made within 15 days of the delivery date.  

Gift Medley has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.  Customized products are not subject to refunds, returns, or store credit.
